Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DHUNDOO SERVICES LLP. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Refund

DHUNDOO SERVICES LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

DHUNDOO SERVICES LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the product. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the same on their end.

Product Not as Expected

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Products with Manufacturer Warranties

For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer any issues to the manufacturer directly.

Refunds

If any refunds are approved by DHUNDOO SERVICES LLP, it will take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
